Everything you need to know before setting up your first braai or gathering with Pullin.

  • Do my guests need to download anything?

    No. They tap the link and RSVP on WhatsApp or on the web page. No app, no account, no password needed.

  • Does it cost my guests anything?

    Never. Guests pay nothing, ever. The invite page is built to be light on data, and chatting to the Pullin bot uses their normal WhatsApp.

  • What if someone isn’t on WhatsApp?

    They RSVP on the event page with their email address and get their own link to change their answer, claim a bring item or sort a lift. On an upgraded event or Pullin Pro, those guests get the automated reminders and updates by email instead of WhatsApp. On the free plan there are no automated reminders on either channel, so you send those to your group yourself. WhatsApp adds the in-chat convenience, it is never the only way in.

  • Will Pullin message my whole group?

    No. Pullin can only reply to people who message the bot first, so nobody is contacted out of the blue. You share the invite link yourself, and automated reminders go only to guests who have RSVP’d: on WhatsApp if they connected it, by email if they didn’t.

  • What happens when I hit 25 guests?

    The free plan holds 25 heads, plus-ones included. After that new RSVPs join the waitlist and move up automatically when someone drops out. Upgrade that event for R99 to take 100, or go Pro for 250 on every event.

  • Can someone help me run the event?

    Yes. Invite a co-host and they can edit the details, manage guests, RSVPs and the bring list, send updates to guests, and run the lifts and photo wall. Publishing, cancelling and deleting stay with you.
