  • Why do reminders cost money?

    WhatsApp charges per message we send to a guest outside a recent chat. On the free plan Pullin never sends one: you copy the reminder into the group in one tap, which costs nothing. Paid plans send them to each guest automatically, and the price covers those fees - 185 messages for an upgraded event, 300 a month on Pro, shared across all your events.

  • What about guests who aren’t on WhatsApp?

    They RSVP on the event page with their email address. On an upgraded event or Pullin Pro, those guests get everything by email instead, automatically: a confirmation of their RSVP, a reminder 48 hours before (when the event is published by then), another 3 hours before, and a note if the details change or the event is cancelled. Each guest hears from Pullin on one channel only, WhatsApp if they connected it and email if not. Email is included in the price, with 3,000 a month on Pro. On the free plan nothing is sent automatically on either channel: guests can still RSVP by email, and you send the reminder to your group yourself.

  • Can I upgrade an event after it’s published?

    Yes. Any event still on the free plan can be upgraded from its edit page, before or after you publish it. The guest cap lifts to 100 straight away, and automated reminders, change updates, the photo wall and AI writing help switch on for that event.

  • How do I cancel Pro?

    On your account page, in one tap. Pro keeps running until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan - events you already upgraded stay upgraded. You can restart Pro whenever you like.

  • Do guests ever pay?

    No. Guests never pay Pullin anything, on any plan. Only the host pays, and only when they choose to upgrade an event or go Pro.
